The Pitta Dosha

Pitta is said to be the ‘fire’ in your belly thanks to its fire-like qualities. Yet pitta is less fire and more a perfect symbiosis of fire and water, which takes charge of bodily transformations, including digestion, metabolism and generation of energy.
